Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Girls Program

Our Girls Hockey Program is offered at no cost; however, skaters must complete the required SYHA fundraising to participate.

Mayhem on the Missouri

Refunds will be granted if you find a replacement for your team.

Siouxland Youth Hockey

New Skater (8 and under) Refund Policy: New skaters have an unconditional money-back guarantee, if a refund is requested prior to November 1, 2024. Members must provide written notification to the Tyke Head Coach and the Siouxland Youth Hockey Treasurer prior to November 1, 2024 in order to request a refund. No refunds will be granted after November 1, 2024. All other age groups: Refunds may be requested prior to the start of the season; however, $50.00 of the registration fee is non-refundable

SYHA Power Skating Clinic

Thank you for registering for SYHA's Power Skating Clinic and Small Area Games. Please note that registration is limited to the first six registrants per birth year. Per acceptance of your registration, you will be emailed a payment link for the clinic. Full refunds will be issued by SYHA should event cancel prior to its scheduled date and time.
